Encanto Mail Club is a monthly subscription-based product that is fulfilled via standard mail.

Orders are processed and fulfilled according to the subscription cycle selected at checkout. Once an order is fulfilled, it enters our production and mailing process.

Most shipments are sent via standard USPS mail and do not include tracking numbers, as this allows us to keep subscription pricing accessible and consistent. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and postal service conditions.

For gift subscriptions, items are prepared and mailed to the recipient information provided by the customer at checkout.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these shipping terms.
